What should I do before using my crystal, and how do I maintain and cleanse them? 

Before working with your new crystal from Zenora, it's beneficial to cleanse and activate its energy: 

  • Cleansing: Cleansing removes any lingering energies the crystal may have picked up. Here are a few common methods:  
  • Smudging: Gently pass your crystal through the smoke of sage, palo santo, or incense. 
  • Moonlight: Place your crystal under the light of the full moon or new moon overnight. 
  • Sunlight: Some crystals can be cleansed in sunlight for a few hours (be mindful that some colors like amethyst can fade with prolonged sun exposure). 
  • Sound: Use a singing bowl, tuning forks, or even your own voice to create vibrations that cleanse the crystal. 
  • Water: Rinse some harder crystals under cool running water (avoid porous or softer crystals like selenite or halite). Pat dry gently.

What payment methods do you accept? 

Zenora Energy accepts the following payment methods for your convenience: 

  • Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.    
  • PayPal: You can securely checkout using your PayPal account. 
  • Store Credit: If you have Zenora store credit, you can apply it at checkout. 
  • Gift Cards: Redeem your Zenora gift card during the payment process. 
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? 

At Zenora Energy, we process orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery. Once an order is submitted and you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order.  

However, if you no longer want the items you've ordered, our return process is easy. For detailed instructions on how to return your order once you receive it, please refer to our "Returns & Exchanges" section below or email us at info@zenoraenergy.com

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you've placed your order with Zenora Energy, you'll receive a confirmation notification: 

  • SMS Confirmation (if phone number provided): If you entered a phone number during checkout, you would receive an order confirmation via SMS. 
  • Email Confirmation (if email provided): If you provided an email address, you would receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will contain your order details. You will also receive subsequent email updates regarding your order processing and shipping.    

If you don't receive a confirmation email or SMS within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@zenoraenergy.com so we can assist you. 

How can I track my Zenora order?  

Keeping track of your Zenora crystal treasures is easy! 

  • Order Status Page (for registered customers): If you created an account with us, you could log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history to view the status of your order and tracking information. 
  • Order Status Page (for guest checkout): If you checked out as a guest, you could still track your order. You may be required to verify your email address or phone number along with your order number to view the order details and tracking information on our order status page. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email or SMS we sent you. 
  • Tracking Link in Shipping Confirmation Email: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to our tracking page where you can monitor the progress of your shipment. 

Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later. You should typically see tracking updates within 3-4 business days after placing your order.

What is your shipping policy?  

At Zenora Energy, we strive to deliver your crystals with care and efficiency. Our shipping policy is as follows: 

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days, and express delivery takes 1–3 business days from the shipment date. 
  • International Shipping (not available yet): For international orders, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. Please be aware that international shipping times can vary significantly depending on your location, customs procedures in your country, and other unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 
  • Delivery Times: Please note that the estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs for your Zenora order are calculated as follows: 

Domestic Orders (within the continental United States): 

  • Orders under $50: exact shipping cost calculated at checkout
  • Orders $50 and above: FREE Ground Shipping 

International Orders: The cost of shipping for international orders varies depending on the destination country, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the selected shipping speed. You will see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout before you finalize your order. 

  • Important Note for International Customers: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. You will likely be required to claim your package at your local customs facility and pay any applicable duty fees upon pickup.    
  • Expedited Shipping: At checkout, you may have the option to select expedited shipping methods, if available for your location and the items in your order. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping depend on the destination and the time the order is placed. The cost for expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout. 

Returns & Exchanges 

At Zenora Energy, we want you to be completely delighted with your crystal energy! Please see the details of our return and exchange policy below.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer returns or exchanges on most products purchased within the last 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and products specified in Details on the product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Once our returns department receives your returned item, you can expect your refund to be processed within 14 business days or fewer. 

How do I start the return process?

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps: 

  1. Log in to your account: Visit our website and log in to your Zenora Energy account. 
  2. Navigate to your order: Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click on it. 
  3. Click "Request Return": In the upper right-hand corner of the order details page, you will find a "Request Return" button. Click on this button. 
  4. Complete the return request: Follow the on-screen prompts and answer the necessary questions regarding your return. 
  5. Review and Approval: Once you submit your request, our customer service team will review it. You will be notified via email whether your return has been approved or denied. 
  6. Shipping Instructions and Label (if approved): If your return is approved, you will receive an email containing detailed instructions on how to package and ship your item(s) back to our warehouse, along with a prepaid shipping label (if applicable based on the reason for return). 
When do I need to ship the merchandise back to Zenora Energy?

Once your return request has been approved, the merchandise must be shipped back to us within the 30-day window from the date you originally received your package. Please ensure the return shipment is postmarked within this timeframe. 

Are shipping charges refundable? 

No, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. 

Is there a restocking fee? 

For orders totaling $200 or more, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we offer both refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please remember that Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, and customers are responsible for covering shipping fees for exchanges.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for exchanges. Additionally, refunds will only be issued for the cost of the goods purchased and will not include the original shipping cost.

What if there is a problem with my item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is an error with your order, please reach out to us immediately at info@zenoraenergy.com with details and photos of the issue.
