Refund policy

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase like Order Details.

2. What's the Return Process?

To begin a return:

  1. Please contact us at info@zenoraenergy.com.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at info@zenoraenergy.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we generally offer returns for most products within 30 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable in the "Details" section of their product page.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted (as per Section 2), you can then make a separate purchase for the new item. Please remember that return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the goods purchased and will not include the original shipping cost.

Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@zenoraenergy.com.
